Account Deletion

Urban Homes accounts are created and managed by an organization administrator. If you no longer want an account, you can request deletion using the steps below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Customer accounts — the account holder, or their Urban Homes administrator on their behalf.
• Administrator accounts — the account holder or the organization that operates the Urban Homes instance.

Choose the option that applies to you:

1. Contact your administrator (recommended for customers)
   Ask the Urban Homes admin who created your account to delete your user from the admin panel. This removes your login and associated customer data managed through the platform.
2. Email our support team
   Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to [email protected]. Include your username and, if known, the email or phone number on the account so we can verify your identity.

We may ask for additional verification before processing a request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize, as applicable:

• Login credentials and profile information (username, email, phone)
• Customer folders and uploaded project files assigned to the account
• Schedules linked to the account
• Property interest records tied to the account
• Active authentication sessions and tokens

Some records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or in encrypted backups for a limited period before automatic purging.

If you submitted a public contact form or expressed interest in a property without signing in, that submission is not linked to a user account. To remove it, email [email protected] with the phone number or message details you submitted.

Deleting your server account does not automatically erase files you already downloaded to your phone or tablet. To remove local data:

• Open the app and sign out (this clears your session token)
• Delete saved downloads from your device storage if desired
• Uninstall the Urban Homes app to remove remaining on-device app data

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email once the request is fulfilled, when an email address is available on the account.
